Job Detail:

Peachtree is a consumer debt settlement finance company seeking for a strong Marketing Data Analyst. You will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Marketing Analyst Job Responsibilities:

Provides actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions.
Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.
Analyzes external and internal customer data using database queries (CRM), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools, statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools.
Evaluates customers’ online form submissions and Online Chat (convert to Live Transfer phone call within 30mins) and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the consumer experience.

• Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations.
• Creates PowerPoint and Custom reports/presentations to provide market and consumer insights to other marketing and sales departments.

Advises other marketing functions (Google PPC, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledg for customer and market data.

Marketing Analyst Qualifications / Skills:
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen
Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy

Education, Experience, and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or graduate degree
2 years of work experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis (or academic equivalent)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 – $5,000.00 per month
