Responsibilities

As a Machine Learning Engineer, your responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and systems.

• Collecting and preprocessing data

• Building and training machine learning models

• Optimizing model performance

• Deploying models into production

• Monitoring and maintaining deployed models.

• Communicating with stakeholders and explaining model outputs and decisions.

Preferred Background

• Background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. See if one or many of the following apply:

  • A Computer Science degree from a credentialed institution

  • Contribution to research in distributed systems (A paper, a research codebase, talks)

  • Code repositories you’ve developed demonstrating your skills and capabilities
