Position Overview for the Lead Data Analyst:
- Lead data analysis team through architecture, design, implementation, presentations, and meetings.
- Conduct complex data analysis and interpretation, research business questions, identify data trends, and analyze results.
- Create visualizations through data interpretation and analysis.
- Deliver business insights via BI platforms.
- Build analysis tools to provide actionable insights into key business performance metrics (i.e. customer acquisition, revenue growth, etc.)
Required Skills for the Lead Data Analyst:
- 7+ years in data management or analysis
- Bachelor’s/ Associates degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or equivalent and/or commensurate years of professional experience in data analytics.
- 5+ years with hands-on delivery of business insights via BI platforms.
- 2+ years of experience with Cloud based Data Warehousing such as Redshift, Snowflake, etc.
