Job Title : Business Analyst
Location : Jersey City, NJ/Charlotte, NC/Addison, TX/ Remote to start
Duration : 12 months with possible extension
Description :
- Focus of role is on headcount, resources as well as operational risk tracking and audit progress/application status tracking/organizational best practices/general portfolio requests
- Managing existing business management team to build reports and manage supporting functions of the financials and works directly with other functional and development managers in the technology organization
- Interactions daily with all levels of the organization, reviewing and gaining feedback on resource changes, on-boarding/off-boarding, reporting, metrics, and central team reporting
- Resource plans (forecast vs. actual)
- Quarterly business/organizational reviews (headcount ratios, hiring status, financials, etc.)
- Resource management (hiring requests and approvals, forecasting, on-boarding, mandatory training tracking, contract/contractor management)
- Act as coordinator between corporate governance team and the project managers to ensure alignment in the usage of the internal tools used to track cross-LOB programs within Global Technology
- Work with the PMs on developing their forecasts (resources, budget) and working with globally distributed teams to coordinate various project information
Required Skills:
- Metrics and reporting
- Intermediate/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to track and manage many different types of efforts and data
- Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $48.00 – $55.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- SQL: 2 years (Preferred)
- Business analysis: 3 years (Preferred)
