Job Detail:
- Must be capable of big picture thinking to analyze beyond the immediate solution and identify all impacts and risks.
- Must be able to consult business client’s talking in business terms and translate that into requirements.
- Candidate must have experience working with ADP and Workday HCM software solutions.
- Demonstrable experience conducting and leading requirements workshops, presentations, effectively leading meetings and facilitating workgroups.
- Interacting with business clients to gather their business and technical requirements and translating those business requirements into documentation.
- Minimum 8 Years’ experience with requirements gathering, documentation and traceability.
- The resource must have strong communication skills and experience working with client’s at all levels.
- The resource must possess a commitment to high quality.
- Must be able to work in a self-sufficient manner and possess strong problem solving skills.
- Candidate must possess very strong oral and written communication skills working with both clients and team members.
- Looking for individuals who possess a positive and willing attitude, self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision.
