What Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization’s assets.
The Senior Financial Data Analyst will be responsible for delivering first-class analytics, manage complex financial data, build processes and implement tools to deliver insightful information to the executive management team. This is an opportunity to engage with many facets of the company’s data and leverage strong technical skills to demonstrate the power of analytics. This role reports to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and will join a growing, high performing team.
Responsibilities
Develop executive dashboards using BI software
Maintain data flow & integrity between internal systems and reporting/BI software
Integrate numerous data sources and uploads into reporting/BI software or data warehouse
Assist in the development, selection, building of new reporting capabilities & KPIs
Assist coworkers in learning reporting and planning software
Analyze manufacturing data and volumes to proactively identify trends, highlight risks/opportunities, and develop well-informed forecasts
Communicate analytical findings to company leadership in a crisp and concise manner
Administer planning tools and models to create annual budgets, forecasts and long-range strategic plans for supported functions
Qualifications
2+ years of combined experience in finance, reporting and analytics. FP&A, BI, Sales Ops, corporate strategy or management consulting, preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, CS, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics, preferred
Proficiency in other Analysis tools like Power BI or Tableau
Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization

Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
Anticipated salary range: $63,700 – $91,000 Annual
