Position: Business Analyst (Junior – Mid Level)
Duration: 12 months.
Onsite: Waukegan, IL – Onsite from Day 1
Rate: Negotiable
Knowledge of Supplier Management, Indirect Procurement, and basic financial reporting
- Ability to perform business process analysis, gathering of requirements, and generate business requirements/stories
- Break down business problems by understanding their needs, and crafting impact assessments
- Manage change by coordinating/perform testing, verification, and validation of requirements
- Demonstrates strong communication skills to partner with key stakeholders
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What Will Make an Impact:
- Seamless transition into existing ongoing projects including corporate business operations which support the projects
- Assist with coordinating activities across delivery teams to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders during assessment of initiatives and ongoing projects.
- What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have?
Project financial management, BSA skills, procurement domain background, Agile experience, Ability to work with technical teams, Good understand on SDLC process and procedure, SAP S/4 & SRM tool understanding.
