Apex Systems is recruiting a Derivatives Operations Analyst for one of our large clients here in the Pittsburgh area. The Derivatives Operations Analyst will join our client’s Client Derivative Services team to provide first line of support for all client corporate actions, and act as the business liaison between clients and the Client Derivative Services team.

Responsibilities include:

• Quickly responding and processing client requests and corporate actions of over the counter derivatives. This includes fulfilling derivative trades (swap requests), document verification, answering questions, confirming settlements, providing instructions, etc., while maintaining the highest level of customer support
• Using internal mainframe platforms to create asset and booking of swaps
• Being the face of the Client Derivative Services team to external clients
• Quickly elevating more advance requests to senior team members
• Clearly reporting requests back to the team
• Clearly reporting instruction/guidance back to external clients
• This Business Analyst must be eager, attentive to client needs, a problem solver, and detail oriented
