JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a junior product analyst/business analyst to own a B2B and B2C coordination process for an insurance company in the Richmond, VA area. A successful candidate with be someone comfortable in a client facing role taking requirements and utilizing JIRA to mark updates and change requests to development teams, while managing process implementations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• experience taking technical and functional requirements
• experience working within JIRA
• experience working with QA, QC, and UAT processes
• experience with SQL/Oracle databases
• familiarity with Postman/SOAP
