A recognized retail company in Massachusetts is currently seeking a new Oracle Business Analyst for a promising opportunity with their growing staff. In this role, the Oracle Business Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financial and SC modules.

Responsibilities:

The Oracle Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Vetting requirements through deep business/operational understanding and solution design in Oracle, including configurations and SQL code for data
• Coordinating with development team and end users to develop and test solutions
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Business Analyst
• Operational expertise in Financials OR Supply Chain
• Exceptional with Process and understanding of Project Management
• Proficiency in Oracle Finance or Supply Chain modules (AR, AP, GL, Cash Management and Fixed Assets)
• Comfortable in an evolving SDLC environment
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
