Position: Junior DOMO Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Rate: $35/hr
Salary: ~$70,000/yr
Must-haves:
1+ Years of experience utilizing DOMO for data visualization concepts
Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM/ITOM data sources
1+ Year of experience in data analysis or technology
Plusses:
– Background in economics, mathematics, computer science, or similar training in data modeling and analysis concepts
– Understanding of ITIL and ITSM concepts and practices
– Understanding of IT Operations & Infrastructure best practices and process tools
Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is looking to add a Technical Support Analyst to work on their DOMO platform. This person will be working in analytics to support the general objectives outlined by leadership. They will be working on a team of roughly 18 individuals with one other primarily focused on the DOMO platform. This person will collect, clarify and analyze data and business requirements for new/revised dashboard on DOMO for reporting. The data is primarily clinical oriented.
