The Opportunity:

• Adobe’s Enterprise Digital Media business is growing rapidly and represents over $2B+ across Adobe’s Creative Cloud and Document Cloud offerings.

• The Digital Media Enterprise Business Intelligence Team plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the Enterprise Digital Media business.

• We do this by providing the critical systems, tools, and insights that our Sales and Post-Sales Field teams need to make our customers successful.

• As a Senior Analyst on the Business Intelligence team, you will develop dashboards that advise business leaders by providing data-centric strategic direction to identify and address issues and opportunities for the Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Document Cloud enterprise businesses.

• You will be a key contributor in developing, understanding, and executing against strategic goals to drive customer success through sales, onboarding, engagement, and usage.

What you’ll do:

• Create sophisticated and intuitive business intelligence tools which provide insights and direction to field representatives, management, and executives.

• Effectively utilize the navigation features in Power BI (e.g. bookmarks, drill-through) to guide users through a compelling data-driven story

• Synthesize sophisticated data sets into insights and build analytics stories that culminate in accurate strategic business decisions

• Utilize SQL to curate and query large data sets, perform analyses, and create custom views

• What you need to succeed

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics

• Degree in CS, IT, Statistics, or related fields; and coursework or job experience with advanced data and analytics

• Advanced hands-on experience with enterprise business intelligence software applications including Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Excel;

• ETL experience is a plus

• Exceptional ability to design and create data visualizations that are intuitive, informative, and impactful

• Experience using advanced SQL (e.g., window functions, CTEs) to extract and analyze data.

• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations

• Ability to coordinate with colleagues across the globe

• Record of consistently meeting deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment

• High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly

• Self-starter with an ability to successfully lead through ambiguity and prioritize multiple projects and partners
