Job Summary

Candidate will be responsible to coordinate between Research & Development, Finance, Sales, and Market Managers to support new project creation moving new projects / products into our New Product Introduction process in Research. This position will also serve as a liaison between Customers, Market Managers, IP Compliance and Research and Development to assist in implementing our Corporate Strategy for Research & Development. The specialist will maintain a positive, team based communicative relationship with colleagues across all departments within Zeus. Candidates should have industry experience and a strong background in polymer properties, characterization, and applications (preferably extrusion), the polymer processing of our customers, and the subsequent impact of customer process on our products sold to them. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interface with customers on material selection and problem solving, while exhibiting strong communication and presentation skills
