JOB DESCRIPTION

One of our telecommunication clients is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join their team remotely to support their engineering and technical operations organization. This person will be primarily supporting and making enhancements to a company wide project tracking tool.

Daily duties include meeting with engineering and technical teams to gather requirements and document processes to update tool, create custom blueprints, add features to tool based off requirements to enhance efficiencies and document and report all changes to business stakeholders. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of business analyst experience
• Familiar and comfortable learning new systems/tools and working within them to add new features (no coding)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong Excel experience

DESIRED SKILLS

• Experience working with Tableau/PowerBI
• Front end web development experience
