Short Description
The purpose of this role is to lead the efforts of development and oversee the overall process of clinical reporting. The director will be responsible for the intake, design, documentation and development of clinical data for the organization as well as continually optimizing and innovating the processes to enhance stakeholder experiences. They will be responsible to ensure that there is insight and visualization of the organization’s strategic imperatives and quality initiatives, supporting research and continual process improvement.
Experience Required
Lead, develop and manage reporting and analytics team responsible for delivering actionable insights for the organization
Plan, coordinate and supervise all activities relative to clinical data, including; distribution of data analysis and reporting tasks to staff, overseeing project deliverables, establishing project plans with appropriate timelines, and monitoring of teams’ performance
Develop and maintain relationships with all levels of stakeholders in the organization to understand drivers of organizational success; assist in determining priorities
Develop strategies, innovation and creative solutions to enhance processes and increase productivity of the reporting and analytics team pertaining to technical solutions and other business processes
Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business
Closely partner with business leaders to define and understand the drivers to ensure analytics identify actionable improvement opportunities and are aligned with execution of organizational strategic priorities, plans and resources
Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity
