The Workforce Data Solution Specialist supports the Disneyland Resort Workforce Management Team. You will be collecting data and reporting metrics from all labor systems, as well as maintaining Workforce Management tools. You will make independent decisions and provide education and direction where needed for the successful implementation of Workforce Management processes and projects. You will work with the Manager for Workforce data solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

• Complete ad hoc and recurring reporting, working with large data sets from multiple disparate data sources using SQL, Python, etc.

• Collect and analyze metrics, ensure data integrity and generate various workforce reports including summarizing findings

• Work with clients to capture requirements, use technology to build tools, and present a product

• Translate and communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience

• Provide tactical support for labor systems including LDPS, internal tools, and reporting

• Support the organization when planning and implementing technology

• Demonstrate integrity and apply confidentiality training regarding all communication, data, intellectual property, etc.

• Shown ability to build and maintain client relationships with a focus on Guest Service

• Ability to synthesize multiple data inputs to build an actionable story for clients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid grasp of the principles of Workforce Management

• • Familiarity with Resort systems, including GEMS, MyTime, LDPS
• • Experience with SQL, SSRS, Tableau

Required education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Database Design, and Development or related analytical or technical field
