Summary: The ABM Operations Analyst is responsible for analytical support of the business operations for Healthesystems service offerings. They perform analysis and review of operational requests, system/process failures, as well as system and program performance controls. They serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues experienced by Healthesystems stakeholders, including customers, external vendor partners and internal stakeholders.

- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, by identifying, researching and resolving operational issues and performing ad hoc performance analysis as required to meet stakeholder expectations and client Service Level Agreements.
- Provide analysis and support for continuous improvement projects.
- Identifies and proposes resolution to operational issues using standard templates and communicates that resolution with internal and external stakeholders using non-technical language.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate possible operational issues with larger enhancement initiatives.
- Produce and distribute operational reports.
- Completes required learning and participates in professional networks that will increase awareness of industry standards, trends and best practices (as recommended by supervisor/manager).
Qualifications/Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university; plus three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Requires Operational experience. Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Requires experience in querying databases using Access or SQL and proven analytical skills in deriving truth from data. Prefer experience in healthcare, ancillary services, pharmacy benefits, workers’ compensation, and/or insurance industry. General understanding of systems development and agile or similar software development methodology highly preferred.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
Duties are performed primarily in a home office setting utilizing computer equipment. Travel to attend meetings and visit locations throughout the country may be required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
