Job Purpose and Impact
The Power BI Developer will maintain, integrate and implement software applications within the organization. In this role, you will conduct moderately complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications. Key Accountabilities
Techno-functional role with good communication skills, experience working directly with the Business users with minimum of 4 years of experience in report development using Power BI tools with proficiency in database management, data warehousing, Business Intelligence.
Develop KPI scorecards, Visuals and dashboards using Power BI Desktop.
Connect multiple data sources, importing data and transforming data using Power query editor. (Writing M code would be an added advantage)
Should have advanced knowledge on writing DAX expressions.
Expert in using advanced level calculations on the data set.
Capable of implementing row level , page level and object level security on data.
Should have advanced knowledge on developing tabular models.
Should have good knowledge on Power BI Service and data management gateways
OPTIONAL :
Proficient working in Tableau, Alteryx tools and other reporting tools.
Should have experience working in Agile teams. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of fours years of related work experience
