Hands-on experience on projects delivering IT solutions

Hands-on experience with full software lifecycle: requirements gathering, functional and technical design, software development, tests, deployment.

Very good communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and understandable way

Practical knowledge of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)

Strong analytics skill

Knowledge of business analysis processes, techniques and tools

Practical knowledge of BPMN and UML

Good knowledge of SQL

English language proficiency is a must, both verbal and written
