Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the thorough, timely, and accurate interpretation of data relevant to drugs in the form of research, analysis and delivery of weekly database filling milestones.
- Achieve production volume and quality targets.
- Recording of performance against target.
- Taking an active role within the team to ensure targets are met.
- Maintain awareness of current developments in own technology areas.
- Achieve and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Effective personal planning and time management.
- Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach towards process change.
- To take responsibility for identifying technology training and developmental needs for you on an on-going basis.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager/director on a permanent or temporary basis
- Responsible to assist team members in their queries and suggest any ideas/improvement for product enhancement
Skills
- Good scientific research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Used to work paying attention to detail, with high ability to interpret and explain large amount of data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in databases and relationship models is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team of diverse collaborators.
- General computer proficiency (MS Office) and ability to quickly learn new software tools.
