Title: Junior Business Analyst with Financial industry exp
Location: New York, NY
Summary:
The Operational Risk and Project Management Team is responsible for supporting the design
and development of tactical and strategic projects across the firm. As a member of the Team,
the Junior Business Analyst will support project managers throughout the project lifecycle. The
Junior Business Analyst will play an integral part of the project life cycles. Under the direction of
Project Managers, the Junior Business Analyst will aide in:
- Assist with project documentation, such as, but not limited to:
- Business Requirements
- Workflows
- Gap Analysis
- Test Scripts/Plans
- Functionality Matrices
- User Guides/Policies and Procedures
- Assist with operational project management functions such as, but not limited to:
- Preparation agenda and minutes for standing meetings
- Project meeting scheduling
- Preparation of project progress reports
- Assist with project testing
- Track testing results through QC and UAT phases
- Assuring issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Ability to work in office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Operational
Research preferred,
- Minimum of 2 years’ industry experience or operational analysis experience
