What you’ll do

You’ll support the identification of solutions that deliver value to stakeholders and lead in the definition and realisation of solutions, processes, benefits, avoidance of cost, identification of new opportunities, understanding of required capabilities and modelling the organisation.

You’ll also:

• Document business and system requirements in line with key strategic principles from business operations or from external requirements
• Develop high level operating and business models and interrogate and interpret large volumes of data
• Create documentation, including process documentation and training materials, while supporting controls and quality assurance for stakeholders
• Identify and support cut-over and implementation tasks
• Be accountable for full traceability and linkage of business requirements to future state design

The skills you’ll need

To take on this role, you’ll need an appropriate business analyst certification.

We’ll also need you to have:

• Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques
• Specialist knowledge, including a professional qualification
• Good accounting or business experience
