The role requires the candidate to process static data maintenances, monitoring of sweeps, reconciliation of nostro/ internal accounts, reporting and responding to queries for customer accounts on-boarded on Liquidity Products (Cash Concentration, Notional Pooling, Investment in Money Market Mutual Fund, etc). The candidate will have a direct reporting line into the Associate – Liquidity Operations.

Key Responsibilities would include but not limited to :-

• Responsible for meeting day to day deliverables with a high level of timeliness and accuracy
• Ensure all deliverables are met within the given timelines
• Constant and regular review of processes and provide ideas to improve the process
• Meet the goals and objectives set by the reporting Manager
• Ensure all transactions are processed within timelines and 100% accuracy
• Participate in process engineering initiatives
• Regular reviews of procedures assuring new processes are documented
• Highlight any potential issues to the immediate Manager and key stakeholders
• Participate in audit walkthroughs

Qualification:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Banking Operations, especially Payments & Reconciliation
• Strong Communication skills both verbal and written – an ability to articulate clearly during conversations with stakeholders
• Experience of managing small teams of 2-3 people
• Knowledge of Liquidity & Investments (MMMF) products would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of International Payments system like SWIFT, CHIPS, FED would be an added advantage
• Willing to work in any shifts including night shift
• Ability to work in teams and share workload with the team
• Ability to solve problems and good analytical skills
• Ability to handle tasks efficiently
