The Risk and Finance solutions team requires a Business Analyst to work on the Business analysis, solution and design across the banking and capital market systems .

The successful candidate will be an experienced technology business analyst / solution engineer that has worked in a global banking environment on large scale and complex system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Participation in global projects linked to data integration, quality and monitoring in the fund depositary area
• Gathering business needs from multiple stakeholders
• Analysing issues with data integration and quality, proposing solutions and/ or solving issues
• Liaising with IT for developments
• Close cooperation with Engineering, Data Administration and IT as well as global DFS teams and other project members
• Testing solutions, execution, coordination of UAT
• Validation of the solutions delivered

Skills

Must have

• 7 + Years Business Analysis & UAT experience in Capital Markets domain experience
• Strong technical skills in SQL and other BI tools/Data Analytics
• Good Analytical skills
• Expertise in writing BRD and FSD
• End-to-end Project Management across finance infrastructure covering IA, Requirements, Test Strategizing, UAT to Post-implementation support
• Stakeholder Management – Should be independent to collaborate with various project/program teams, stakeholders; finance stakeholders across geographies, process and technology teams
• Ensure effective governance and project management standards are applied across all delivery responsibilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage on multiple initiatives and subjects at the same time
• Timely escalation of risks and issues – and resolving service issues through enterprise projects

Nice to have

Experience in Trade Surveilance Area will be added advantage
