Skillset : Functional BA

Job Description:

• Candidate should have complete understanding of SDLC and have proven experience of requirement gathering from different stakeholders.
• Well-versed on Agile methodology and processes with hands on experience on JIRA.
• Working experience on migration and Enhancement Projects.
• Good Knowledge on Oracle queries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Collaborates with product owners to determine project scope and vision.
• Conduct meetings with the market or business Team to gather requirements VIA meetings discussion, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Analyses, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders.
• Effectively manages changes and conflicts during requirements gathering process
• Elicit and clearly document business requirements & able to write SMART user stories in JIRA and convey the requirement to the team VIA grooming sessions.
• Collaborate closely with solution architectures & developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
• Support project implementation, including managing demo, UAT, rollout planning and support, creating documentation.
• Work closely with the different PO’s/ Business Owners and ensure that all requirements are delivered on-time and within scope.
