    Job Description:    The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for design and implementation of various modules of ServiceNow platform


    Roles and responsibilities

    • Provide consulting support to the stakeholders of ServiceNow
    • Drive design workshops across projects to translate the business requirements into specifications
    • Work with other IT streams to improve the platform adoption and user experience of ServiceNow
    • Work on continual improvement initiatives to further improve the user experience Skills required
    • Should have an understanding of overall platform features and modules like Sec Ops GRC HR
    • Service Delivery Should have basic understanding of the ITSM processes and foundation data management Should have basic understanding of the CMDB


    Primary Skills:

    • ServiceNow Business Analyst / Architect, ITSM/ ITIL process


    Secondary Skills:

    • Features and modules like Sec Ops GRC HR, CMDB
