Job Location: Surat

As a Data Scientist Intern, you will be responsible for compiling actionable insights from data and assisting program, sales and marketing managers build data-driven processes. Your role will involve driving initiatives to optimize for operational excellence and revenue. This is a 6 month onsite internship role, with a possibility for extension.

Requirements:

Should have done relevant projects in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
Should have a basic understanding of ML algorithms and data science libraries like Numpy, Pandas, Scikit, and Matplotlib.
An understanding of Probability and Statistics is appreciated.
Ability to pull data from SQL/NoSQL sources and do basic data manipulation.
Fluency in scripting language Python is a must.
Understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS/GCP, Version Control (Git), and REST API would be preferred.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that data flows smoothly from source to destination so that it can be processed
Utilize strong database skills to work with large, complex data sets to extract insights
Study and transform data science prototypes
Train the developed model and run evaluation experiments
Perform statistical analysis of results and refine models
Extend ML libraries and frameworks to apply in NLP tasks
Build tools for automating repetitive asks so that bandwidth can be freed for analytics
Development of classification, Re-identification and other algorithms
Optimization of already existing CPU/GPU algorithms/pipelines
