An exciting opportunity is available in Group Finance India, Financial Data Services, Access Management in which the candidate will be responsible for:
Your job profile primarily includes review process & communication of multiple access system requests & reporting. This will also include any ad-hoc analysis required for top nodes/global profiles raised by business and onboarding of new access assets.

Your team
The Finance Data Services, Access Management team is part of Group Finance responsible for Finance Data.
Your expertise
- university degree or equivalent qualification (preferably MBA Finance with understanding of Approval Workflow, SCL, BW & BO systems)
- at least 3+ years of experience on reviewing security profiles & management of approval workflow.
- validating access profiles and inquiring business justification to assess if the required profiles match the business requirement.
- key role is to act as strong control for various security applications related to manual adjustments & reporting on SCL, BO & manually adjustment applications.
- reviewing and providing decisions on business user requests by keeping all controls in place. Understanding on roles of Segregation of duties.
- must be aware of basics of SAP & BO applications and understanding of change & display access levels. Competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook and knowledge of Tableau report
- excellent communication & documentation skills and should be able to liaise with global business users on queries.
- updating, implementing and maintaining procedures on timely basis and keeping all documents updated based on feedback provided by lead/SMEs.
- performing user acceptance testing for new changes & for addition of new assets as require.
- excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written/verbal)
- able to keep pace with technical innovation and market driven initiatives such as robotics
- prepare key daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports
