Standard Iris JD:
- Minimum 9 years of business analysis experience in financial technology projects
- Experience in working on a large-scale global project
- Basic knowledge in operational risk domain, preferably within banking or financial services
- Experience in UI intensive Web Applications
- Experience in working with UX team to prepare wireframes/prototypes for Application
- Broad knowledge of banking of financial services
- Experience with all the phases of SDLC
- Experience with agile methodology, especially writing user stories
- Expertise in writing user manuals and training materials
- Should be able to write basic to mid-level SQL queries
- Good change management discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an intermediary between the business users and technology team for implementing the suite of operational risk management applications
- Support in all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensure that the requirements are implemented as per the business requirements
- Closely work with various global business stakeholders to gather the business/system requirements
- Analyze the requirements and translate the requirements into user stories in Jira tool and get it approved
- Interact/work with developers and quality analysts based in different locations and ensure that they understood the business/system requirements well as well as address their queries
- Collaborate with professional UI/UX designers in finalizing the wireframes
