Roles and Responsibilities

Key Activities:

• Handling all customer communications across all media channels in sync with PR agency – App Stores, Social Media – IG, Twitter, FB, WhatsApp, LinkedIn
• Working with relevant stakeholder to resolve customer issues and pain points
• Tracking and interacting with sports social media groups
• Write-ups and quality check for all Branding Material going in for printing
• Coordinate between Sales and Brand Agency
• Investor newsletter write-ups under guidance of management
• Management support for presentations

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Good written and oral communication skills
2. Social Media adept
3. Good PPT skills
4. Preferably someone who has content creator or writing experience
5. Job Location: Pune
