About the Role:
- We have covered our 0-1 journey and now are stepping on 1-10 journey of growth where we
- are looking to onboard killer Marketing and Business Analyst folks aka “hustlers” and
- “gamechangers”.
- We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of
- our outbound as well as inbound sales channels. To be successful in this role, the candidate
- should have hands-on experience and be able to turn creative ideas into effective
- advertising projects.
- It will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of
- online and offline marketing channels. You will be the front of the company and will have the
- dedication to create and apply effective marketing strategies. We are looking for someone
- who has done content marketing & link building at scale and can bring strong traction
- through multiple channels.
- Key Responsibilities include:
- ● Contact prospective customers via calls and emails and other outreach methods
- ● Daily reach outs to be done to achieve activity metrics
- ● Help define new benchmarks of performance in a fast-growing startup environment.
- ● Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and
- vendors.
- ● Strategize to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- ● Market Research to vet and develop warm as well as cold leads
- ● Make continuous efforts of staying connected with existing customers for feedback
- ● Identify prospects that fit the target demographic
- ● Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own the implementation from ideation
- to execution.
- ● Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and
- assess against goals.
- ● Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns.

Stipend- 10-15k per month (fixed+ variable)
