Job Location: El Dorado Hills, CA
- Support definition of process measures and measurement. Analyzes gaps in data needs.
- Execute basic process tools, including processes mapping using standard tools (i.e. Provision)
- Support Green belts and delivery in documenting and presenting BPM deliverables in a standardized format
- Maintain online repository of materials in a standardized format for consumption across the enterprise
- Coordinate project events and activities. Schedules SME engagements (i.e. interviews, sessions, etc).
- Support role to the Experienced and Senior levels
- Conduct research and gather information to support remediation plans
- Responsible to craft status updates on project deliverables and key point of contact for communication updates, etc.
- Engage and participate in the development of remediation and implementation plans
- Support functional areas in preparation for external audits
