Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years relevant work experience
Business analysis and documentation skills

Ability and willing to learn different tools/applications/systems and new technology
Software Engineering Experience Required
Demonstrate ability to develop test cases thoroughly and thorough testing skills
Knows the latest best-of-breed technologies
Demonstrate proficient understanding in multiple technologies/ applications
SQL experience is a plus
Excellent Excel skill is a plus
Agile experience
ServiceNow custom application experience is a big plus
Knowledge of Account/Portfolio Data is a plus
