Job Location: Chennai
We are hiring for the position of a sports analysts, who helps customers adopt BanyanBoard, India’s first football analytics software.

Responsibilities
- Implement BanyanBoard product at customer site
- Visit customer site 1-3 times a week
- Work with coaches at customer site to understand video analysis requirements
- Conduct video analysis (tagging/coding, telestration, messaging)
- Keep up to date with the latest technologies being built into BanyanBoard and implement new features at customer site as soon as possible
- Train customers and be willing to learn from customers as well
- Share feedback from customers to product team
- Be flexible to evolving business ideas and adapt
Mode of working
- All of us in BanyanBoard work remotely.
- Have to use personal laptop for the first 3 months.
- Company laptop will be provided after the first 3 months.

- Passionate about sports and sports tech.
- Highest level of integrity in protecting company’s and customer’s confidential information.
- Self-motivated with ability to give 100% effort remotely under limited supervision.
- Team player.
- Able to handle pressure from customers.
- Willing to learn continuously for their entire stint at BanyanBoard.
Compensation
- Rs 15,000 – 17,500/month for first three months.
- The first three months will be on a contract basis.
- Based on performance, after 3 months, a full-time offer will be given with pay revision.
