The Information Protection Services team is actively engaged in a project to build out our information discovery capabilities.

Position Summary

This position will be dedicated to providing support for the information discovery project including working with external solution integrators on development and documentation of new processes, integration of various technologies to provide a seamless service, hands-on technical troubleshooting with various software products, operational aspects of the program, and more.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with existing team members
• Interface with external solution integrators
• Develop and document new processes around information discoverydata
• Integration of various technologies to provide a seamless service
• Proven integrity in handling of highly sensitive information
• Hands-on technical troubleshooting with various software products
• Operations of the processes being developed

Requirements/Preferences:

• Education Minimum Requirement – Associates Degree
• Education Preferred – Bachelors Degree

Skills & Competency Requirements

• Deep IT knowledge
• Flexible working style to adapt to an evolving set of challenges

Preferences

• Experience with Microsoft technologies, Windows Server, and Azure Cloud Technologies
