Job Location: Philadelphia, PA
This is a hybrid senior position with 3 days onsite in Philadelphia, and the other 2 remote.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Collaborate with other developers and analysts in building key data sets for exploratory analysis and the expansion of the firm’s data warehouse/data marts
- Strong understanding of T-SQL programming and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and building high-volume ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as SSIS and Alteryx
- Experience using Python for data manipulation and ETL processes.
- Experience with REST APIs for data ingestion
- Attention to detail and maintaining high quality standards is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizes work effectively.
- Confidence with working with large unstructured data sets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the IT/Data space
- Experience with Microsoft’s SSIS and SQL Server Agent is required
- Experience with a workflow management engine such as Airflow, Prefect or Luigi is a plus
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and SSRS is a plus
