Job Location: Remote

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage critical financial systems data inputs including client and vendor pricing, banking details, and all critical client and vendor data points needed to execute billing transactions and facilitate payments

· Work cross functionally with Legal, Client Service and Operations team to ensure accurate and timely system updates in coordination with contract execution

· Prepare daily pricing exception reporting and facilitate resolution to ensure accurate and timely billing

· Assist billing team with ad-hoc billing requests

· Support Senior Financial Systems Analyst in ensuring all pricing updates are managed and system updates are executed in a timely and efficient manner

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

· 1- 3 years professional experience in a related accounting or financial systems role

· Data entry experience and ability to organize large data sets

· Strong MS Excel skills required; Access skills are a plus

· Proficient in other MS Office applications

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multi-task and work independently in a high pressure environment

· Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills necessary

· Must possess excellent follow up skills

· Must be an enthusiastic team player as well as an individual contributor

· Ability to prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines

· Schedule flexibility to meet department needs required

· Proficient with MS Office skills

· Proficient with MS Great Plains a plus

· Project management experience a plus
