IntePros is seeking a Junior Business Analyst for one of our premier healthcare clients in Philadelphia, PA. This is a remote/hybrid position. To come onsite at this organization, all indiviudals must be fully vaccinated and boosted.
Junior Business Analyst Overview:
- Assist with the installation of a new client onto our benefit platform, including customer requirements.
- Document issues or tasks and work closely with the Client Implementation Analyst and Sales to meet customer expectations.
- Setup groups in the group and benefits administration systems, including medical, pharmacy, dental and vision benefits.
- Communicate with Sales or Brokers to understand the clients benefits purchase and execute the setup. Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with the internal customers, including but not limited to, Underwriting, Sales, Marketing, Enrollment, Customer Service, and any other areas involved in the process.
- Research and troubleshoot benefits and any other issues related to group set-up.
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Junior Business Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, related field, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Self-directed and able to exercise a high level of independence and accountability
- Process-oriented, proactive and customer-focused
- Demonstrated comfort working in a cross-functional, matrix-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Advanced MS Word and Excel Skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Sales Operations experience a plus, but not required
