Job Summary
Currently, we’re seeking to hire a seasoned Project Manager to join us at our Kolkata office. A successful candidate will need to have proven expertise in leading project teams with fluency in technologies used by the team.
Skills
Strong technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in technologies like PHP, Angular.js, Node.js, Magento, WordPress, Laravel, CodeIgniter.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience for a minimum of 2 years as a project manager in the domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Mandatory proven working experience in PHP, MySQL, MVC frameworks, and JavaScript.
- Excellent understanding of Laravel, CodeIgniter, and other PHP frameworks.
- Must be able to work a later shift if required.
- Some experience with both manual and automation based testing is a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge in Angular.js and Node.js is a plus.
- Experience with cloud servers and continuous integration in an agile environment are a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Conflict resolution abilities with keen attention to details.
- Efficient troubleshooter with the capacity to manage tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated individual with sound leadership skills.
- Quick learner with big-picture thinking and vision.
- Seamlessly manage international projects and ensure they are done within scope, budget, and on time.
- Ensure thorough planning of projects as per customer requirements.
- Define and delegate project stages, tasks within the team and track project performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹800,000.00₹1,200,000.00 per year
