Job Summary:
The role of the Analyst is to support regionalization efforts by standardizing, harmonizing, and simplifying business practices that are identified.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Data analytics and reporting
Support services for the Procurement Business Process function
Assist in implementing best purchasing processes at Shiseido Americas
Department savings and KPI tracking and reporting
Alignment with other regions on KPIs
Validating, presenting and implementation of value analysis ideas
Track department cost savings and rebates
Support the supplier compliance process
Support Purchasing initiatives with data collection and analytics
Track PPV and align with finance
Provide data reports on request
Working Relationships/Key Stakeholders:
Works cross functionally (Brand, Function, Finance, Legal)
Works with all members of the procurement function
Qualifications & Competencies:
Analyst Level II: 2 – 4 years of analytical experience in purchasing department and demonstrated ability to manage projects end to end
Use of a PO system preferred and MS Office. SAP experience required
Decision-Making/Judgment, Language Skills, Job Knowledge, Negotiation, Teamwork & Cooperation, Mathematical Skills, Problem Solving, Excel, Outlook, MRP, Purchasing Systems
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred or relevant experience
