Very good communication, experience in driving small scale data science projects independently. One should be able to act as consultant as well as do deep DS/ AI work.

Hands on experience of end to end lifecycle of Data Science (not just modelling)

Along with mandatory experience on Decision sciences, experience on NLP is highly desirable.

Should be aware of the recent advances in the area of DS – both tools and algorithms.

Experience in customer centric DS problem formulation and execution using cutting edge methods.

Experience: 5- 8 years in Data Science

Candidates with good thesis/ publication background are preferred.

Interest and ability to quickly learn any new DS related tool/ algorithm and implement it in production

Experience in creating PoCs and interest to create proposals for customers in the area of AI/ DS.

Ability to start small and drive and experience in growing the scale of the project.

Flexible to travel internationally (both short term and long term)

Knowledge on Python libraries (Numpy, Pandas, Scitkit learn, Tensorflow, Pytorch), Spacy, MongoDB, Neo4J, PostgreSQL, Flask, SparkML
