uties & Responsibilities:

• Work to export all unapplied payments and open credit balances past a certain date range and communicate with customers by sending email communications.
• Review write-offs within a certain data range to identify customers in a net credit balance position; send email communications as needed.
• Organizational skills to maintain accurate tracking of responses understanding when next steps should be taken.
• Efficient communication and collaboration with Koch teams and suppliers to gather relevant information for resolving aged credit balances.
• Understand key processes/systems in Accounts Receivable to provide support across Koch companies.
• Proactively work to identify value-added opportunities that drive process improvement, ensure compliance, reduce costs and drive economic value.
• Ensure best practices are documented and updated as needed via desktop procedures. Maintain records for audit purposes as indicated by leadership.

Work Experience:

• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or related Business field of study
• Expertise in MS Office Suite specifically Excel & Outlook
• Experience in working on Generic Mailbox
• Experience in working with ticket workflow platform

What Will Put You Ahead:

• Experience in multiple ERP systems (SAP, Infor, etc.)
• Experience with data analysis/visualization tools beyond Microsoft Excel (i.e. Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau)
