1. Weave stories based on hypotheses and data
2. Answer questions from the CEO, CPO, head of schools, and multiple other stakeholders
3. Help build a robust mechanism to identify the areas to improve
4. Create dashboards to help us understand the present and implement basic ML to predict future trends
