Job Description:
- Define and drive industry best practices for the ML Ops and Python.
- Perform incidents analysis routed by help desk across Sage maker, Python, S3, Snowflake.
- Security user addition, attend to report failures, refreshing Tableau extracts.
- Support code deployment from dev, test to prod.
- Support performance monitoring & integration tasks during optimize phase.
- Monitor loading jobs, queries and reports for performance breaches & issues.
- Weekly reporting of incidents handled, issues, fixes, work arounds
