Role Requirement

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar field

• Experience in managing software development projects

• Basic knowledge of PHP, linux, MySQL, SQL JAvascript, Java, JQuery

• Moodle experience is highly desired.

• Administrative skills

• Being able to work with a team of Project Managers and Engineers to meet goals

• Candidate must be living in Pune and ready to work in Hinjewadi

Role Responsibilities:

• QA Analyze competition and client requirements to make product road map

• Documentation of new features

• Coordinate with engineering and QA to make new product releases every 3 months

• Educate sales and operations team about features

• Make project plan of upcoming releases with resources available

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
