Job Description
- Physics oriented CAE technical analyst with 3+ years of professional experience in strong FEA theoretical background
· Understanding the mechanism and concepts of Mechatronics products and perform the FE analysis independently with physics based approach
· Identifies each problem as and Engineering challenge rather than software specific problem, derives an intelligent approach/hypothesis to a potential solution and chooses an appropriate mix of CAE/numerical tools (FEA, MBD, dimensional variation software, and/or numerical models) to model Closures’ systems and mechanisms and provide realistic solutions
· Consistently challenging the problems and pushing the boundaries of conventional methods by understanding concept optimization
· Being dependent on strong FEA/MBD theoretical background and understanding the different solvers nature
· Interact with Global CAE/COE and support the Global workload with excellent communication
· Able to lead team of junior analysts with very positive attitude and exceeding customer requirements along with the team
· Taking ownership of the problems as well as the team members skills development
· Willing to learn, expand and adapt the other physics disciplines
· Bachelor of Engineering or Higher with Mechanical discipline
· Proficiency in the use of HyperMesh, Ls-dyna,
· Knowledge of ABAQUS, Ansys, RADIOSS, Optistruct are added advantage
· Experience in Python programming skills is added advantage
