RPA BA – Job Description:
Skills Requirement:
- Project Planning: Gather business requirements, plan, document, analyze, and model the requirements
- Perform GAP analysis in the requirements gathering stage and share inputs
- Should perform due diligence with functional and technical teams to come up with a plan of action for deployment strategy
- Must understand SDLC / Agile methodology
- Understanding of US-Health care, a provider side business is essential (both RCM and Clinical side preferred)
- Should have a good understanding of RPA solutions implementation using tools like UI Path, Automation Anywhere, etc.
- Acted as a Business Analyst for at least 2-3 projects in implementing RPA solutions
Experience requirement:
- 6 – 10 years of overall experience, preferably in an IT role
- 3-6 years of experience as an RPA Business Analyst
Additional Requirements:
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills
- Good Analytical Skills
