Job Description
Zycus is looking for a Machine Learning Support Engineer who is able to develop and maintain applications / platforms developed by the AI team, understand the existing systems, build infra and reduce work through automation.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of user/customer issues
- Identify bottlenecks/bugs and develop solutions to mitigate these issues
- Curate the issues reported and their resolution to compose a knowledge base
- Replicate the issues and set up test scenarios
- Work closely with the stakeholders to ensure AI SLAs are met
Job Description
- 0 – 3 years of experience
- Strong technical support skill sets in Python and/or any programming language
- Troubleshooting skills especially Python/program codes/ logs
- An understanding of AI/ML and/or analytical pipelines
- Interpersonal abilities to work with Development, IT Infrastructure and business stake holders
- Quick learner and ability to pick up the new AI products/solutions
Additional Requirements
- Experience in support role is preferred
- Experience with AI/ML models is good to have
