– Identifying and implementing new business applications and maintaining existing ones (Recruiting ATS, HRMS, VOIP Apps, google workspace, and other Biz Apps)

– Work with all applications providers, lay data pipeline to channel all business reporting data to an unified analytics platform and build and maintain business reports

– Investigate and identify improvement areas and digitise to drive process/operation efficiency

– Work with software partners to drive development of internal applications

– Develop MIS, User performance reporting process and maintain the same

Requirements

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Good understanding and ability to design meaningful dashboards and reports

– Analyse and Good understanding of software architecture, networking, operating systems

– Experience and knowledge of SQL, Scripting, APIs

– Understanding and experience in Windows, Networking, google suite applications

– Experience in managing VPN users, remote system debug

– End user support, infrastructure and service request management
