Key Responsibilities:
A: Lead planning implementation of projects participate in design testing phases
B: Interact regularly with existing sponsor/stakeholders to determine needs develop plans for improving delivery
C: Address delicate situations handle conflicts to maximize opportunity minimize risk exposure
D: Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements Interact regularly with existing sponsor/stakeholders/requestor to determine their needs, develop plans for improving delivery
Technical Experience:
A: Strong experience in Project Management, People Management and have a breadth of functional knowledge
B: Experience in Demand integration for at least 6 months
C: Conduct detailed analysis of the ongoing processes/projects as well as demand pipeline to understand effort and plan deliverables
D: 5 years of experience in Banking and FS
Professional Experience:
A: Ability to lead, motivate other stakeholders, managers, and drive change
B: Possess expertise in communication, presentation and influencing
C: Experience in decision making, risk and impact assessment.
